My order was damaged in transit
We are so sorry to hear your order was damaged in transit! While we do our best to make sure every order reaches you safely, there are rare instances when something may happen to it that is outside of our control while it is in transit. We will always take care of you in this case and remake and reship any damaged products complete free of charge for you.
Note: If you are inquiring about a seal on the jar, please note that our white pressure seals are designed to come off upon opening and should remain on the inside of the cap or very easily peel right off. This is by design to retain freshness since we do not use any artificial binders or preservatives and the product needs a small amount of oxygen. This is normal and you can dig in and enjoy!
However, if your order was physically damaged, please fill out the damage form below and we will get your new shipment sent to the production line to be made and filled and shipped for you ASAP!
