Return Policy
NOTE: Due to the high cost of production and shipping on our end, the high demand for the product, and the nature of Kingline Nutrition all natural food products, we are unable to refund any perishable products such as cookie dough jars, brittle, and cookie butters. However, cookie dough, pancake, and mug cake mixes may all be returned if unopened and in new condition.
We stand behind our products and believe you will love every bite! You may return qualifying unopened items (cookie mixes) purchased from Kingline Nutrition for any reason within ten (10) days of receiving the item. Once we receive the products you will be issued a full refund less a 10% restocking fee.
Email us via the contact page on our site, and provide your name and order number, indicate whether you would like an exchange or a refund, and the reason for the return or exchange. If item was damaged or defective please refer to "Damaged & Incorrect Items" below.
Unopened Dry Mix Items Only. No returns or refunds on cookie dough jars, cookie butters, brittle, or opened mixes.
Damaged & Incorrect Items:
Our error rate is less than 1% but occasionally we make an error and ship the incorrect item. We have humans on the fulfillment line, not robots! Please double check the email confirmation you received at the time of your order and if we made an error, please contact us via the contact page and we will immediately correct it and get you the correct item asap!
We do our best to package your product(s) so they will arrive to you in excellent condition. But once the package leaves our warehouse, it goes through many hands - products may shift causing unintentional damage, or it may get a mishandled along the way. Should you receive a product that has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately for further instructions.
Please do not discard the damaged product(s) and retain the original box and packaging in case your carrier requires an inspection of the damaged package.
Missing or lost packages:
Please check your tracking number on the confirmation email you received from us, for your delivery status before contacting us, if you are waiting on delivery, sometimes weather conditions or holidays can effect and delay shipping time. Be sure to look really well around your residence, mailboxes, lock-box, or front desk if delivering to a complex. In some rare occurrences, packages may even have been left at a neighbors door. If you still have not received your package please contact us explaining the issue and allow us time to investigate what happened. We will make sure you get your items!
Cancel an Order
We will attempt to cancel an order for you after it is placed. However, production moves fast and products are in VERY high demand so we can not guarantee we can cancel any order after it is placed as it may have gone into production and/or been packaged for pickup.
