My tracking information has not updated on my order:
Please be patient with us as we are currently receiving a very large amount of orders and we're producing, packaging, and shipping them all fresh. You will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number when your order hits production, this does not mean that your order has shipped, the tracking number isn't live yet (the heading of the email will say the order shipped, we unfortunately can't change the heading but we explain the shipping process within the email).
We are typically able to ship your order within 3-7 working business days (Monday - Friday) depending on the order volume and your tracking number will update within 24 hours AFTER your package leaves our facility.
Unlike many products you may purchase, we make ours fresh before shipment. So while it may take a few more days than a typical online order for your product to ship, we assure you that the fresh product process is well worth it! Thank you for the support!
